Other Information:

• We manufacture different capacities of conical screw press with screen perforation to suit product. Wet material is fed to the feed hopper and the material is conveyed via screw into the compression area where the product is squeezed / compressed during forward conveying and the water is squeezed out of the perforated screen. At the end of compression zone the product is discharged in the discharged hopper. A back pressure system will be provided using pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder to achieve optimum result depending on product and application. Feed hopper is designed with pre-dewatering screen.
• In corn wet milling industry dewatering screw press are used for dewatering fiber and germs before drying.
